Who Is This Course For?
Our General English course is designed for students of all levels of English who want to improve their English language skills.

Using a wide range of course books and materials, our General English course provides students with the skills and the confidence to succeed in an English-speaking environment.

(For participants of Bildungsurlaub, the optional cultural and historical lessons offered in the afternoon are obligatory to come to the required 30 weekly lessons.)

Aims of the Course
To improve students’ grammar, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. To develop vocabulary and functional language skills.
To ensure participation and collaboration in class by using a communicative approach to learning.
To provide students with an in-depth understanding of British culture through varied class topics.

Kings Hall College is a new and upcoming English language college based in the centre of Manchester, only a minute's walk from Piccadilly Gardens, the beating heart of the city.

Our college is easily accessible by:
bus: 60-80 minutes (bus routes 41 and 103 to Piccadilly Gardens).
tram: 60 minutes (navy line to Market Street).
train: 25-35 minutes (all trains to Manchester Piccadilly station).
